These terms apply when you use sophronsolutions.com, go.sophronsolutions.com, our application forms and our booking pages (together, the "site"). The site is run by The Moore Group Pty Ltd (ABN 73 676 146 875), trading as Sophron Solutions ("Sophron", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. These terms cover the site, not our services
If you become a client, a separate written agreement (proposal, order form or service agreement) sets out the scope, fees and terms of our work. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
2. Free calls and audits
- Free audit and planning calls are offered at our discretion. We may decline or cancel an application or booking, for example if the business is outside the spend range we work with.
- A free call places no obligation on you or on us to enter into a paid engagement.
- Anything we say on a call is general guidance based on the information you give us. It is not a guarantee of results and is not financial, legal or tax advice.
- Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can use the link in your confirmation email.
3. Information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. Results and testimonials
Case studies, testimonials and screenshots on the site describe what specific clients achieved. They are not typical or guaranteed outcomes. Please read our Results Disclaimer.
5. Intellectual property
The content of the site, including text, videos, ad examples, graphics and logos, belongs to Sophron or is used with permission from its owners, including our clients. You may view it for your own information. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, including by submitting false or spam applications, trying to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, or interfering with how the site works.
7. Third-party services and links
The site uses and links to services run by others, such as Typeform, HighLevel, Wistia, Meta and Skool. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Liability
We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying the relevant service again.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
